Yes you can! We have designed all our Barsk products to address different areas of your pet's health with no overlap in active ingredients, such that you can safely consume all our products at the same time. However, do check with your vet if you have any particular areas of concern. Additionally, make sure to check any existing supplements or toppers that you are already giving to your pet to ensure that are having a balanced diet.

To rehydrate the bone broth, mix with a bit of warm water and stir into a paste. Then, add the remaining warm water and mix well using an electric blender. Some sedimentation is normal. Do note however, that the nutritional value of the bone broth remains the same whether rehydrated or consumed in its powdered form, so we recommend simply sprinkling it over your dog's food for convenience!

Refrigeration is not necessary after opening. Your products should remain fresh for several months as long as you keep the lid on and store them in a cool, dry place. However, for our Omega Oil, you can keep it in a fridge to prolong its freshness for a longer period of time if needed.

Yes you can! All our products are suitable for both cats and dogs. However, please note that the serving sizes will differ between cats and dogs. For cats, we recommend giving half the recommended amount for a 1 - 10kg dog. So for example, if your product indicates 1 scoop per day for a 1 - 10kg dog, provide half a scoop instead for your cat. For kittens and cats below 2.5kgs, reduce this further to one quarter the recommended amount for a 1 - 10kg dog.

You will typically receive your order within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date of purchase.
In the case of preorders, your order will be dispatched within 30 days of your preorder or once the item is available, whichever is earlier. From the time of dispatch, it will then take 2-3 business days to reach you.

We use tracked shipping on all our orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product.
If one of our products is out of stock, and the preorder option is available, you may place a preorder and your item will arrive once it is back in stock. In the event that your item is not dispatched to you in the 30 days after your preorder, you will be eligible for a full refund for that product.
You may also cancel your preorder any time before your item is dispatched to receive a full refund.

We use tracked delivery for all our orders. You may use the tracking number provided to you to check the status of your order.
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!
If the order has been marked as delivered, or the tracking information hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time please reach out to us at hello@barsk.co, and we will look into the matter immediately.
In the event that your order was lost by the carrier, you will be provided the option of either a replacement or a full refund of your order.
Please note that if shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
